Overture is a restaurant by chefs Bertus Basson and Craig Cormack. We live and die by the saying: "perfection is often strived for but never achieved." We push the boundaries of our creativity and knowledge to create experiences for our patrons. Our restaurant is set on the Hidden Valley wine farm with views of Table Mountain, the Stellenbosch valley and Robben Island. Our focus is on local produce. We present a Menu of the Season's offerings. Our dishes are paired with Hidden Valley's exceptional wines.
